What began as a Binondo food crawl with Dra. Vicki Belo turned into a memorable gesture of generosity when the celebrity dermatologist surprised Maris Racal with a stunning designer item.

In the vlog Vicki uploaded on February 19, 2024, Maris squeals upon hearing the surprise: “Oh my God doc, you did not!”
Vicki tells her, “Ayan, thank you, alam mo naman ang Belo, we love you.”
Still in total shock, Maris expresses, “Doc, this is my first.”
Vicki says, “First Chanel, yay! I love giving the first. I hope you like it.”

Maris adds in disbelief, “Hindi nga, Doc, pangatlong bag mo na ito sa akin.”
Vicki humorously recalls the previous gifts she has given, saying, “Oo nga, e, ako lang nagbibigay ng designer kay Maris. So yung first bag natin ano, Vuitton, di ba?”
Maris corrects, “Ay, first was Gucci. And then ito, Bottega,” pointing to the bag she was proudly wearing.
“O, sinusuot naman so I get so excited to give her kasi appreciated, at saka Maris doesn’t spoil herself,” Vicki explains.
“Ayan, it’s so pretty. It’s one of the newer styles kasi heart na ngayon ang Chanel Chanel, e.”
Once more, the Can’t Buy Me Love star exclaims, “Oh my God, doc ang ganda! Naiiyak ako.
“Alam mo hindi ko in-expect na magkaka-Chanel ako sa buhay ko. [I] swear, [I] swear. It’s so expensive. Thank you, Doc, thank you so much!”

DETAILS
The Chanel mini flap bag with a heart-shaped detail that Maris received is a variation of the luxury brand’s classic black lambskin leather bag.
This particular model features antique gold tone hardware, a front flap with the signature CC turnlock closure enclosed in a heart motif, and an interwoven light gold tone chain link and black leather shoulder strap.
Its interior is lined in pink fabric with one zip pocket having an engraved zipper pull and an open slip pocket underneath.
True to Chanel’s standards, the bag comes complete with a Chanel box, Chanel dustbag, carebook, and signature ribbon.
While Chanel’s official website lists the classic version of the bag without the heart at USD 4,900 (PHP 274,284.85), authorized resellers of Maris’s exact bag offer it at a price range of PHP 300-400k.
